Why did i start this community?

One reason is that we needed a solution to address radical inclusion where many are in situations that greatly restrict bandwidth access, meaning sites like Hotel Infinity (a primary CF website) would not be available to them. This helps address that need and eliminates the requirement for me to develop a second site. Also beyond the basic surface issue is the fact that these groups are not typically considered in developing new technology although the are part of the group known as end users.

While working to get Hotel Infinity open for business, it struck me as important to have a space connected to Cultural Fusion for you to promote your organizations, art, and generally express yourself....share your ideas and insights.

Dear Yvette, could you please tell me more about Hotel Infinity. I have a friend in Oslo, who is also a cultural fusionist - we is working on a project " Art Hotel" . We are thinking of doing a 360hub event there...in December when I am back from Asia. We could use a "extended" technology and to bring our experience online.

He is in food business - Art Delicious - a cafe concept!

I sense that fusion is more dynamic than evolution or even revolution , where we are citizens that react to something force upon us like changes in dynamics set in movement by someone. Fusion is impulses that we create and detailing that we react on to see manifest and change into something else.....

Sure I'd love to introduce you to Hotel Infinity!
Here is a 3D rendering of one of the first lobby areas...it is the equivalent of a sketch to be given to the game designers when we reach that point because we will be working with Neogence to develop that....the website version will be more like the Gorillaz website because that will provide a more intuitive user interface to access the many features by defining them in the context of a virtual space that works like a high end galleria Hotel.

Hotel Infinity is my next desired step towards my goal of engaging increasing numbers of people in automated global social responsibility.

There are a few sides to keep in view...in addition to the above, one is the plan for a real world art hotel chain that will use sustainable practices including renewable energy. We will be partnering with Cyres Cafe (where dreams come true--they are working on their first location Belgium ) on some project to develop 3D virtual counterparts as part of a cyberspace adventure but also as R&D for the real things in the world...and once it is well established it will be the virtual counterpart to in-world events for the Hotel clients and its partners. The Hotel will be the in world venue for Cultural Fusion events and the home base for our art eco-tourism packages.

From my artistic perspective, Hotel Infinity is like a General Store for the settlers of this space, a ring galaxy called Comfusion (come-create-fusion).
This is based on my idea that cyberspace can provide insight into how to chart the "thinking stuff" that has been referenced in many works as the space where our ideas take shape to manifest reality. I would like to take this idea a step further by charting/creating a galaxy in cyberspace that originates from Cultural Fusion (an event not unlike the Big Bang that created our Milky Way galaxy) and then developing it using my sustainable development models (ranging from agri-business to art districts) which can in turn provide the R&D to reduce in world implementation costs as real world community renewal solutions.
It is also a game-like environment for team building and collaboration so that I can engage others in "prosperous play". Including the context for a real world Human Resources management solutions....commercial R&D lab for clients and partners.

The Hotel Infinity gift shop has been planned as Phase 1 with the intention that it could generate the seed capital and case studies we need to the rest.....in addition to cultural, creative, and artistic gifts (must be part of sustainability movement), virtual gifts (sponsor an orphan, school fees or supplies, clean water system, family garden tools, an orphanage, etc) will be featured items. We offer this with a high end luxury market slant in keeping with the Hotel's Galleria concept. Using an affiliate type system we can offer this as a fund raising solution to organizations that agree to sign up for the traceability service, as well benefiting the core partner and beta organization for the system, FootStepsForLife. In addition, people making referrals to the gift shop will also be awarded a commission on completed sales.

The goal is using a homeshopping network type approach in support of the Hotel.... attract attention to products/art/services as part of the content for the internet broadcasting network....with a special emphasis on women owned businesses and those in the developing countries (starting with the ones that have already expressed an interest) and having this connected to a service that allows customers, potential partners etc to trace the production and delivery path to see exactly how the products are produced, in what conditions, etc

This is great Yvette!!!! My friend Chris is on his move from Oslo to Brussels. His atelier in Oslo is today a "ARt Hotel" ...it will be great for you to connect as well. He is on the 360hub ...the only one with a strange out of this world name - his artist name!

I have no relationship to Belgium, he thinks I need to come there now and then to enhance my creative spirit. Have you lived in Belgium yourself?

And for sure I am impressed - keep on - it will manifest!!!!!! 360Hub Lighthouse could also be an organization like a partner of yours. You should have seen some of the art work made during our conference in Egypt - young people but very talented.

No, it is not yet fully established as an enterprise.

Hitch-hiking on this thread and journey, I take the liberty to release yourself and grabbing your attention from the copying of the general introduction (that would be best served in the generic sense in the exec about-me on my profile clicking on my photo), and only copy the part where I actually introduce myself to the Team of Cultural Fusion Dreamers, to Contextualize my Virtual Handshake into this Community of Cultural Fusionists...

Thanks for posting! Let's catch up this week so I can run something by you....
I will endeavor to get preview version of the new video series I am working on. I don't know yet how many there will be but they focus on sharing the Cultural Fusion "definitions" and application contexts. So I am doing them around the concept of recipes as in the SoulFood model (as in art is food for the soul) as the definitive of art based solutions. At least one of them will center on the Ingredients - Attention, talent, etc The dialogues I have been having over the last couple of weeks are establishing this "sample recipe". So far I have selected the four or so nonprofits I will be highlighting as partners for the children's programs/projects. The nonprofits combined support children's homes, art and tech resource centers for women and children, and self-help personal empowerment projects. And I have invited people with Ingredients for this one to tell me what image, music clip, or other audio/video you would want to submit as representing your ingredient?

So if this were a marinade, it would be an attempt to get the right balance of oil and vinegar....yin and yang. We don't know exactly what the meal will be but we have an idea based on our shared intentions...points of convergence for all Ingredients.

Invitation to Contribute and promote your project

In terms of increasing the peace at all levels, I am learning about Radical Inclusion as a core component in building new systems...one being automation of global social responsibility as CRM (customer relationship management) Strategy.

William Pope L. used his "Black Factory" project to explore art as a context for a business that created "Opportunity" in a rather superficial "artsy" way. In Cultural Fusion I am exploring art as the context for delivering real opportunities and solutions via products and service that address the issues mentioned to make a better world a reality NOW, because we are actively participating in creating it.

Currently I am inviting people, especially artists, to contribute to a new video that puts Cultural Fusion art sponsorships into context and helps define the project "brand"....where we move beyond selling people on an image of what a company/product/thing is and instead invite them to explore/help define what it is.
Each person that is selected will contribute a video clip reading one to three slides from a power point presentation. If you are an artist, I'd love to see your work included in the background of your clip....each presenter will be credited in subtitle, as well as an article with links to Cultural Fusion member profiles. Contributors will also be featured in upcoming radio shows, interview or feature in Oci Novosti magazine - new project publication launching later this month. (let me know if you'd like to help with that I have a mock up I did when I first started working on the idea)

If you are or know of anyone that would be interested in participating let me know and we can set up a time to discuss.

Things have been a bit busy so I will endeavor to catch up around here ASAP.

An update on the video project....part of the project process is that I first extend these invitation to my Cultural Fusion Network and Groups. When responses are quiet or don't lead to anything substantial I cast the net a bit broader. In this case that has led to a group of media students in the UK so while that is sorting itself out I do hope the idea will click with a few (or enough) people within the "inner circle". We shall see what happens next.....
