Bob House trains CPA’s in the strategies of wealth preservation that are detailed in this book. But, Bob their instructor is not a CPA.
Why do these CPA’s listen so intently? They know that Bob has obtained over his career the breath of knowledge they require to successful serve their affluent clients. .
Bob’s initial training, a PhD in finance, has helped him gain his national reputation. He uses his academic perspective to bore down into the intricacies of the US tax code. As he states in his seminars, “Don’t be afraid of the tax code. Many of the regulations were actually written with the intent to minimize the taxes of the affluent. I’m here to help you embrace it on behalf of your clients.”
Bob practices what he preaches. Bob has over __ years of experience in advising affluent clients on how to implement the strategies found in this book. And over the years he has unfortunately seen the disastrous aftermath when people have not acted to protecting their wealth.
The down-sizing of corporate America has brought an influx of new clients to Bob’s office. He calls these apprehensive executives, his “corporate casualties.” They realize that they need to transfer millions of dollars from their corporate pensions to self-directed retirement plans. Bob is their advisor of choice. He is their specialist their “IRA LLC Doctor.”
Bob likes to say that his goal is to disturb his clients. He wants them to get uncomfortable with the current level of advice they’re receiving. Unfortunately many other financial professionals do not utilize the strategies found in this book out of simple ignorance.
Bob is also the author of: The Retiree's Guide to the Secrets of a Secure and Peaceful Retirement! (Innings Press, 1998), He has published articles in the Financially Speaking, and Wealth Magazine titled, "101 Ways to Destroy Your IRA" and has taught the "Retirement Distribution....the Mathematical Solution" class at Athens Technical University.
