About Me:
I playfully refer to myself as "Lylabird" (~ljl~) a 6' dragonfly in disguise. I read once that such creatures actually existed during the time of dinosaurs, what a glorious sight they must have been. Always curious and exploring new insights, people, places and experiences that life brings or I discover. As a child I was notorious for taking my toys apart, especially music boxes, to see how they worked. I am the oldest of six girls and my son is the only grandson, he has three boys and one girl, a lively, rowdy, lovely bunch of energy. Moved to Kansas City, from Santa Fe, NM to be near family for first grandchild, now there are four. All a joy to do fun creative stuff with and show the world and let them show me. Lots of soccer, baseball, basketball and football. They are now getting old enough to bring to the studio to play in the clay and explore other materials in Nana's studio.

Most of my adult life has been spent trying to figure out who I am and why am I here. I now have a huge resource of links to various sites discovered on this path of exploration and growth, along with an extensive library of books too. Love having the world at my fingertips, and sharing it.

Along with exploring art, healthy living, longevity and alternative medicine have been long term areas of concern and interest as well. It's the exercise on a regular basis thing that is still a bit of a challenge, but I manage to keep busy and move fast, so that keeps me a bit fit. My son, the fitness trainer, begs to differ though ;-) Living well and keeping a good attitude, do make all the difference I have found. So I always keep up my daily dose of fruits and vegetables in a capsule that I consider my nutrition insurance just in case I don't have time to cook properly.

I began studying, exploring sacred geometry in the 70's, did my masters thesis in ceramics on pyramids and have been hooked ever since. Did Drunvalo Melchizedek's Flower of Life workshop in Taos, NM with Gregg Braden in 1989. Did several workshops and firewalks with Peggy Dylan in 90's. Very excited about/with the work that Cory Herter and Wish For Love are bringing forth. I consider myself a work in progress/process. Sharing this new technology based on ancient wisdom is most exciting to me, along with the possibility of having more adventures while meeting like minded people/souls. Would love to do Dan Winter's sacred geometry workshops, his websites are most amazing.

Experience has brought me to know/feel that there is an underlying geometric "code" that functions in the microcosm and macrocosm and we all know/feel this within our bodies when we choose to be conscious and listen. The technology that is revealed at W.I.S.H For Love is useful, helpful, trans formative, if you are on a path of discovery and growth as to who you are and why you are here.

Peace and blessings,

Lynda / ~ljl~
