I have described Cultural Fusion using a galaxy creation demystified by the Cooking metaphor in the context of Prosperous Play. At that point then the concept of Ingredients takes on a new level of logic in developing a systematic plan that is flexible enough to support inclusion.
An ingredient in the SoulFood:Recipe is the SoulFood equivalent of a Business:Resource in a Project
Ingredients are the GamePlay:Material that, together with the Space, are at the start of a growth Business
rocess.
For example, I am working strategy documents for several collaborations and I see many points of convergence & crossover...my challenge (my joy/ passion) has been to find a simple way to communicate what I see in terms of how the dots connect... and to do so in away that will still support self organization, allowing everyone to find their place based on what each most wants to contribute.
Now I do have my own ideas about where various people/ business/organizations could fit but I have not included that in the attached mind map (other than iFossF). Because it was for my work with them that I first decided to create the document.
I share it here because it has emerged in reply to several requests to share my thoughts to leverage the planning of individual endeavors to advance a layered approach to achieving several objectives simultaneously by harnessing the power of our collaborative action. My project needed a core development team to advance the game and Prosperous Play as business model for an alternative economy that can interface with our prevailing currency systems as appropriate.

Here's what i know/believe about prosperous play. First, that it starts with passion.
Com-fusion_Proverbs: Passion is the desire to find out about an aspect of yourself that you can fall in Love with.
The Cultural_Fusion approach to Passion unites aspects of Passionism as an Ingredient.
Artist, Cat Moss, co-founder of Passionism art movement is also a member of Cultural Fusion and founder of Help2read.“They are painters, musicians, filmmakers, writers, sculptors, and dancers with a common drive: passion. A passion for the process of creativity, not the result. Passionist art comes from the heart….seeking to bring art back to what it was originally about: the fruit of passion and beauty.”As such it allows Love aka Passion to be infused into each Project , ArtWork, etc. Understanding that beauty is in the eye of the beholder this approach to Passion is based on Radical_Inclusion and uniting the heart and mind to work together.
